Fall Gnome Scarf

September 12, 2022 14 Comments
Recently while I was scrolling through Facebook, I saw a really cute gnome scarf. It was a post in the Snappy Tots crochet group I'm in, and as soon as I saw it, I knew it would be the perfect project for this month's Fall Crafts & Decor Blog Hop. So I purchased the Fall Gnome Scarf pattern by Heidi Yates/Snappy Tots, and I searched through my yarn stash for the perfect colors.

Orchard Table Runner

September 13, 2021 19 Comments
Welcome to the Fall Crafts & Decor Blog Hop! This month my blog friends and I are sharing our Fall themed creations and decor. When I think of Fall, I think of cooler weather, changing leaves, and pumpkins! So I decided to crochet an orchard themed table runner that features pumpkins and apples. I've had the pattern for the table runner in my pattern stash for a long time, and I'm so glad that I finally got around to making it. To create this table runner, I followed the Orchard Sampler pattern by Snappy Tots.

Give Thanks Crochet Table Runner

October 20, 2020 14 Comments
Thanksgiving is just around the corner, so I decided to finally make a crochet table runner. I've wanted to make one for a while, and I thought it would be the perfect project for the October Pinterest Challenge! The purpose of the Pinterest Challenge is to motivate us to not just pin, but to make it happen! This month's challenge is all about Thanksgiving projects and recipes. The pin I chose was of a Crochet Thanksgiving Table Runner by one of my favorite crochet designers, Sarah at Repeat Crafter Me.

Crochet Thanksgiving Turkey Wall Decor

November 18, 2019 7 Comments
Welcome to the November Craft Room De-Stash Challenge! This month I'm sharing a Crochet Turkey Flag that I made as part of my Thanksgiving decor. I'm trying so hard to give Thanksgiving it's time and not rush into decorating for Christmas! I really want to decorate for Christmas! I love Christmas! Anyway, back to Thanksgiving and this crochet turkey... The pattern (Tom Turkey Decor) is by one of my favorite crochet designers Snappy Tots. Snappy Tots has some awesomely fun patterns, and they're pretty easy to follow. Tom Turkey can be used as a garden flag, wall hanging, placemat, or even a basket. At first, I was going to use it as a garden flag, but then I decided to hang it inside.

Floral Pumpkin Wreath

September 17, 2018 24 Comments
The first day of Fall is just around the corner, so I've been making Fall wreaths for the house. I recently created a Floral Candy Corn Wreath, and I had a bunch of flowers left over from that project and other candy corn inspired crafts, so I decided to use up those flowers by making another floral wreath. All the flowers for this wreath came from the Dollar Tree, so this is a Dollar Tree Craft! 😄

It's time for the Dollar Store Craft Challenge! I've joined with several of my blogging friends for the September Dollar Store Craft Challenge, and we're each creating a project using items from the Dollar Store. Since Fall is just around the corner, I decided to make a candy corn wreath using flowers from the Dollar Tree.

Fun Fall Owl Pillows

September 02, 2017 5 Comments
For me, as soon as September hits, it's Fall y'all! One Fall, I made a Halloween Owl Pillow for my daughter, and my neighbor stopped by one day to sell us some donuts and coffee for her daughter's cheerleading fundraiser. When she saw the Halloween owl pillow I made for my daughter, she wanted one. She also saw a bundle of leafy fabric that I had left over from a few other projects. She asked if I'd make her an owl pillow using that leafy fabric, so I did. I also made an owl pillow using scarecrow and orange plaid fabric I stumbled upon during a trip to Jo-Ann fabric store. I love the  pretty fabric quarters and bundles from Joann.  Anyhoooo... Here are a few pictures I took while creating my fall owl pillows:
