Milk and Cookies Scarf

Christmas is just around the corner, and Santa needs his milk and cookies! I actually started making the cookies and milk cartons for this scarf earlier this year, and then I put it aside. But it being the holiday season made me think of Santa's milk and cookies, so I decided to finish the scarf.
Oreos!  For this scarf, I decided to make cookies that look like oreos.

First, I crocheted several chocolate and cream cookies with red heart with love black and red heart with love white.

I started this scarf in the spring, so I enjoyed some milk and cookies ice cream while crocheting milk and cookies. For the red portions of the scarf, I used Red Heart With Love Holly Berry yarn. (I did not use a pattern to create this scarf. I just winged it.)

Now that it's winter, I worked on the scarf while drinking eggnog. These stripes of milk and cookies will be the ends of the scarf.

For the middle section of the scarf, I crocheted blocks of black, red, and white. Later, I added the word MILK to the red sections just like on the milk cartons.

I sewed it all together, and the scarf is about 80 inches long.

My new dress form modeling the scarf. This long scarf is perfect for wrapping around your neck to keep you warm during the cold winter days.

Thanks so much for checking out my crochet milk and cookies scarf. I will be sharing another milk and cookies scarf soon with chocolate chip cookies, so stay tuned for that! Happy Holidays!!!
p.s. This scarf is listed in my etsy shop

  1. Cute scarf, since I also crochet I get the concept of just winging it.
