Christmas Trees on Parade: Seahawks Themed Christmas Tree

Christmas time is my favorite time of year, and I'm always excited about putting up my Christmas tree. I usually wait until the day after Thanksgiving to put up our tree, but this year I put the tree up the day before Thanksgiving. I thought it would be lovely to have the tree up and decorated while we enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner. This year I'm joining Christmas Trees on Parade hosted by Terri Steffes of Christmas Tree Lane to show off my Seahawks Themed Christmas Tree. 😊🎄💙💚

For the fourth year in a row, we have a Seahawks themed Christmas tree! I may be keeping the same theme, but each year I add a few new Seahawks ornaments.  Since the colors green and blue are my favorite colors, I really enjoy decorating my tree and home in the Seahawks theme.

I have a white, pre-lit Christmas tree. The lights are blue, so this tree is perfect for a Seahawks themed tree.

My Tip for Christmas Tree Decorating: Wrap garland that's the same color as the tree around the pole in the center of the tree to camouflage it.

I wrapped dark blue tinsel garland around the tree, and then my children helped me decorate the tree with lots of blue, green, and silver ornaments.

I'm using my Granny Square Christmas Tree Skirt again this year.

These are the Seattle Seahawks Christmas ornaments I bought last year...

...And these are the new ornaments I purchased this year. One of the ornaments is a Navy ornament, but it still goes the color scheme of my tree. 😁⚓

I was also very happy to find a Rae Dunn mug with a mini mug Christmas ornament!

These are just a few of my favorite Seahawks ornaments

I also crocheted three Seahawks inspired ornaments.

One ornament has a Seahawk face, another is blue and green, and the other has football buttons.

the new ornaments hanging out on the tree...

I found this stocking ornament at the Dollar Tree, and it had red berries, but I replaced them with green berries and added green bells to make it more "Seahawky."

Here's a pic of my Seahakws tree last Christmas surrounded by many presents many of which are wrapped in Seahawks wrapping paper. I also found some cool Elf paper and super hero wrapping paper at the Dollar Tree.  I also have my Seahawks Inspired Crochet Advent Calendar, Triangles Blanket in Seahawks Colors, and Seahawks Inspired Gingerbread Stockings around the tree.

Here's the tree as it looks right now at this very moment. I haven't done any Christmas shopping yet. I'm always buying things for my kids anyway, so the four presents that are wrapped in Seahawks wrapping paper are things that I bought for my kids just because, but then I thought, "Hey! These could be Christmas presents!" 😆

Thanks so much for stopping by to check out my Seahawks Christmas tree!
