Crochet Reindeer Scarf #2

Welcome to the December Craft Room De-Stash Challenge! This month I'm sharing a Crochet Reindeer Scarf. I've crocheted a Reindeer Scarf before, but I made this one a little bit different than the first one I made. To create this scarf, I used the Santa's Reindeer Scarf pattern by Snappy Tots.

For this project, I used Red Heart and Caron Simply Soft yarns.

These are my two favorite reindeer. I used a tinsel pom pom for Rudolph's red nose.

Making the reindeer faces was fun.

After the faces were complete, I crocheted the white middle section that joins the two strips of reindeer. Then I started the strip of Christmas lights.

I added yellow, red, blue, and green lights.

I really like this reindeer's hat.

The reindeer with the tongue reminds me of Scoobie Doo.

I used mini pom poms for the red berries.

This reindeer has a wreath around his face!

I kept changing this reindeer's scarf. It was red, white, and green. But then I changed it to red and white.

This scarf is approximately 84 inches long and 5 inches wide.

Thanks for stopping by to check out my Reindeer Scarf! This scarf is available (and ready to ship) in my Etsy shop.

Every month a group of bloggers are challenged by C'mon Get Crafty to create a new craft or project from their own stash of goodies! Everyone is allowed a $10 allowance for necessities to complete their project (i.e. paint brushes, glue, etc), but the bulk of it must be created from their own stash of goodies.

  2. Hi, this is adorable and a great switchup from the Ugly sweater. Do you think you would ever make a pattern to sell for this scarf. I would love to make one. I'm retired, and budget is tight, so I wouldn't be able to buy your ready made one.
