Crochet Guitar Cuddler

Welcome to the June Pinterest Challenge Blog Hop, hosted by My Pinterventures. The purpose of this Pinterest Challenge is to motivate all the participants of this hop (and you too) to not just pin, but to make it happen! This month, I decided to create a cute crochet guitar cuddler for my husband as a Father's Day Gift since he enjoys playing his guitars. When I saw the Guitar Cuddler on the 3amgracedesigns Instagram, I had to visit the blog and Pin the adorable guitar, so I could make it later.

JUNE PINTEREST CHALLENGE HOSTS:

To create the Guitar Cuddler, I used the pattern by 3amGraceDesigns and Vanna's Choice OatmealVanna's Choice Taupe, Vanna's Choice Honey, and Vanna's Choice Chocolate.

I used the Vanna's Choice Oatmeal yarn to crochet the body of the guitar.

I used Vanna's Choice Honey for the sound hole and Vanna's Choice Chocolate guitar neck.

The pattern suggested using a gray yarn for the strings, but I used Vanna's Choice Taupe.

Once the front of the guitar was finished, I worked on the back of the guitar. (I love my new yarn bowl!)

Once I finished the back of the guitar, I sewed the front and back together and stuffed the cuddler with Poly-Fil.

I gifted this guitar to my hubby, and he really liked it!😃

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my Guitar!

    1. Thanks! It's very cuddly. My husband had to hide it from my son because he was trying to claim it as his own. I guess I'll have to make one for him, too. Lol

  12. Turned out so nice! Love the tweedy colorway you choose. I can't get over the variety and detail in 3am Grace's cuddlers. I had a long list of the ones I want to work up. Need to just start doing them.

  13. I really should invest in a yarn bowl. I am currently working on a baby blanket and Markus is constantly picking my yarn off of the floor as it is quite hard for me and my round belly, lol. Love your guitar cuddler. It gives me yet another idea for something to DIY for my little baby boy. Pinning.
