Flowering Cactus Scarf

My hands have been busy busy busy crocheting scarves and hats for my Etsy Shop and Christmas blankets for my family. One of my favorite scarves to make is the Flowering Cactus Scarf. The pattern is by HelloHappyCrafts. It's a fun and easy to follow pattern. And you can customize this scarf however you'd like. I like to stick to the terracotta colored flower pot for my cactus, and I like to add pink flowers with yellow stamen. So far, I've made two of cacti scarves, and I plan to make at least two or three more soon!

I was so glad that I stumbled upon a yarn colorway that's actually named Terracotta! I used it for the flower pot.

For this scarf, I used Lion Brand Vanna's Choice Terra Cotta, Lion Brand Vanna's Choice Kelly Green, and Caron Simply Soft Strawberry.

I used light green embroidery floss for the cactus spines, and I used yellow embroidery floss for the flowers' stamens.

This scarf is about 63 inches long and 4 inches wide.

This cactus scarf is available in my Etsy shop.
