Crochet Granny Baubles

After Halloween is over, I'm ready for Christmas! The stores are full of Christmas decor and Christmas craft supplies, and I couldn't resist buying a bunch of clear ornaments. I've already created several colorful Crochet Christmas Baubles, and then I found the crochet granny bauble pattern, and I saved it on Pinterest. I just had to make these granny ornaments! I knew these would be great to share for the november Pinterest Challenge! The purpose of the Pinterest Challenge is to motivate us to not just pin, but to make it happen! This month's challenge is all about Christmas projects, so I'm sharing my granny baubles I made from the Crochet Granny Bauble pattern. I also have a few Granny Baubles listed in my Etsy shop.

I mostly used several colors of Caron Simply Soft yarn and a Red Heart Soft (Toast) to create the colorful grannies.

For this granny, I used Red Heart Soft Toast for the granny's skin tone. I used Caron Simply Soft Strawberry for her hair. Crocheting the hair was pretty fun.

These happy grannies need some eyeballs! I used black mini pom poms for their eyes.

For this granny's skin tone, I used Caron Simply Soft Light Country Peach. Her hair was made with Caron Simply Soft Cobalt Blue

The front side of the ornament is a cute granny, and the backside is colorful.

Once both sides were complete, I sewed them together with a yarn needle.
