Witchy Halloween Gnome

Welcome to the Fall Crafts & Decor Blog Hop! My blogging friends and I are sharing our Fall decor and/or craft projects. Since Halloween is just around the corner, I decided to decorate my antique buffet with Halloween and fall decor.  Of course,  I had to make a Halloween themed gnome for my tiered tray! To create this gnome, I used the same pattern I used to create my Crochet Cactus Gnome, which is the Nordic Gnome Crochet Pattern
First, I crocheted the body of the gnome. For this project, I used Red Heart With Love Holly Metallic Black, Caron Simply Soft Party Spring Sparkle, Caron Simply Soft Party Purple Sparkle, and Cascade Yarns Hollywood Orange.

I crocheted the body, hat, and nose of the gnome.  I didn't use the  Caron Simply Soft Party Spring Sparkle yarn for the nose. Instead, I used Lion Brand Vanna's Choice Yarn Kelly Green.  I decided to  that I wanted my gnome to have two silver witchy braids, so I added them to the hat. For the braids, I used Caron Simply Soft Party Silver.

I sewed all the pieces together, and I decided to add a mini green jingly bell to the end of the hat just because...šŸ˜Š

I think the witchy gnome looks cute in this I Put a Spell on You Rae Dunn mug.

Of course, I added the witchy gnome to my tiered tray, which is decked out with Halloween and fall decor.

The gnome is on the mug on the top tier of the tiered tray.

This owl is one of my favorite fall decor pieces. I also have a smaller owl on the bottom tier of the tray. I love its big button eyes.

I really love this Halloween cat!

My mom gave me these pumpkins. I like to put flowers, pinecones, and leaves on the trays to fill up the empty space.

I added some glittery Halloween pumpkins.

I love this fabric pumpkin, and it is perfect for a fall, Halloween, and Thanksgiving tiered tray.

I had to put out my fall and Halloween Rae Dunn mugs.

I love candy corn decor, so I was so glad when I found these wooden candy corns. I also love using my Trick or Treat Candy Corn Scentsy warmer. I usually put Bubblegum Wax in it.

I recently found this awesome Come In For A Spell sign that lights up. And I found this lovely Witch's Brew cabinet a couple years ago. After Halloween is over, I'll switch to my Pumpkin Spice cabinet. I like to put some of my holiday/seasonal Rae Dunn mugs in these cabinets.

I recently crocheted this fun Pumpkin Placemat
