Crochet Christmas Tree Scarf

Welcome to The Christmas in July Blog Hop! This month my blog friends and I are sharing our Christmas themed creations. Christmas is my favorite holiday, and I love crocheting Christmas themed creations. For this blog hop, I'm sharing a Crochet Christmas Tree Scarf that I found on Pinterest (Christmas Tree Crochet Scarf pattern).

The scarf has 14 crochet trees. I used Vanna's Choice Kelly Green yarn.

For the tree trunks, I used Vanna's Choice Chocolate yarn.

Once I completed crocheting the 14 trees, I sewed them all together with a yarn needle. Then I crocheted stars for the for the tops of the trees with Vanna's Choice Lemon yarn. In the pattern, you're instructed cut 14 stars out of yellow felt, but I decided to crochet them instead.

I attached the stars to the tops of the trees.

Then it was time to add Christmasy pom poms! I used Aleene's Platinum Bond Adhesive Super Fabric Adhesive to attach the pom poms to the trees.

I added 7 or 8 pom poms to each tree.

Ta-Da!

This scarf was fun and pretty quick to make!

This scarf is about 60 inches long. I'll probably add it to my Etsy shop this Fall.
