Crochet Wonder Woman Tooth Fairy Pillow

Welcome to the January Pinterest Challenge Blog Hop, hosted by My Pinterventures. The purpose of this Pinterest Challenge is to motivate all the participants of this hop (and you too) to not just pin, but to make it happen! This month, I'm sharing a crochet Wonder Woman Tooth Fairy Pillow I made for my daughter. I was inspired by a Crochet Tooth Fairy Pillow I found on Pinterest.

I followed the pattern and crocheted the front and back of the tooth shaped pillow. The yarns  used are Red Heart Super Saver Cherry Red, Red Heart Super Saver Blue Suede, and Creative Lamé in Gold. Of course, I used my Wonder Woman Crochet Hook for this project!

I stitched the sides together and stuffed the little pillow with PolyFil.

I added a mouth, two blue button eyes, and a red star button to the front side of the pillow. I added a gold pocket with a star button to the back of the pillow. I also added a loop at the top, so it can be hung up somewhere when not in use. (The picture on the left looks like Anger from the movie Inside Out! 😂)

I added black hair and a gold tiara, and she was complete and ready for teeth!

My daughter loves her new tooth fairy pillow!

  2. It's adorable! I love it! What a fun idea to leave a tooth for the tooth fairy!

  3. How cute, fun and clever! My poor boys just put their tooth under their pillow, cause their mom wasn't as talented as you!

    1. Thanks! I think most kids are just happy to get money from the tooth fairy. My daughter is sooooooo dramatic about losing a tooth, so having the tooth fairy pillow added some fun and eased the anxiety of having a tooth pulled. 😊

  4. That is so cute!! And so practical too; I often found myself wishing we had done something like for our boys.. I really hated trying to reach under their head and feel around for the tooth... often waking them and I'd just smile, fluff their pillow, and leave the room to try again later. It was stressful! Pinned.

  9. I've seen the crocheted tooth fairy pillow and thought it was a great idea, I love the idea of theming them.
I was a huge wonder woman fan as a kid - lots of spinning and wearing toilet paper tubes on my wrists - so I'm so happy she has made such a fab come back.
